The Hybrid Pot

With rounded sides and a roomy cooking surface, our beloved “Proc Pot” has a wrapped aluminum core for efficient heat conduction and retention, and a no-drip rim for easy pours. It’s ideal for everything from roasting a chicken to building stock, and when combined with the skillet, it transforms into a Dutch oven.

My last pot and pan set!

I have used my Duo almost every day. The latest use was to Sous Vide an entire Tri Tip in the pot, and then sear it in the pan after it was done.

The pot and pan are a great size and using as a Dutch Oven is a bonus. The high side walls of the pot keeps oil and food from flying out and the 12” skillet makes a huge difference compared to the 11” skillet I had. My sister-in-law was house sitting one time and loved it so much that I bought her a set for Xmas. Overall a great product and can’t wait for the next smaller version.

The last cookware I’ll ever need.

I keep my Duo on top of my stove because Inuse it everyday! For the past two weeks it’s exceeded my expectations. Roast chicken? Done. Sous Vide Tri Tip? Done. Cooking pasta in the big pot, and sauce in the skillet at the same time? Done. Easy to use, easy to clean, proud to show it off. Bonus, the videos and tips on care and use are top Shelf!!
