The 12” stainless steel Sidekick Skillet has a classic shape with modern functionality and is guaranteed to last a lifetime.

  • Large enough to fit 6 salmon fillets
  • Low-stick for cooking perfect eggs
  • Deep enough to finish meatballs in sauce
  • Sloped sides for flipping pancakes

“The pot is big and nice, but really the star of the show is the skillet, which is a full-on 12 in steel pan.”

– Carlos, Verified Buyer

Hybrid Pot

The 7 quart stainless steel Hybrid Pot is a wok and stockpot hybrid, offering rounded sides and a wide cooking surface for a design that can handle nearly any recipe.

  • Light enough to toss stir-fry
  • Deep enough to boil two pounds of pasta

"It’s the big pot that is worth the cost of admission here. I love that you can use it as a wok...It heats up quickly and evenly and cools off quickly enough to be able to wash it soon after.”

– The Kitchn

This Lid easily transfers from Skillet to Hybrid Pot when cooking and stacks in between for storage.

  • Hollow cast handle so you won’t singe your hands
  • Fits both the Hybrid Pot and Sidekick Skillet

"The lid is entirely underrated – though it’s small, it ties the Duo together to give it the function it needs."

– Tony Leo, CoFounder & Designer of The Duo

Lovely to look at

I bought PG hoping to use the on our boat. Sadly the pans are too big for our burners. But worries. We will be back home in April where they will be put to proper use.

My GoTo Cookware

I have owned the carbon steel / stainless steel version for several months, and value it's versatility and capability. I use the skillet for everything you use a skillet for, but especially for cooking steaks and finishing them in a hot oven. The skillet is large enough for multi-person meals, yet light enough to handle. And, so easy to clean. I use the hybrid pot for stews, soups, chilis, sauces, steamed vegetables, pasta and a range of one-dish meals. Being able to go from stovetop to oven is huge, and the Proclamation "dutch oven" concept terrific.

Kitchen Upgrade

I got very tired of replacing my non-stick pans as they got nicked up and worn out. Also, a lot of the finishes of my old cookware was looking faded and old because they were sent through the dishwasher. My Proclamation Duo is easy to clean, either by hand or in the dishwasher, and I do not need to treat it with kid gloves. I love it!

I have used ai cast iron combo cooker for many years. When I saw the Proclamation Goods stainless steal version I bought it. It’s much lighter and it works well. I’m very pleased.

First time (amateur) cook, will be a long time customer w/ Proclamation. Incredible product. I don’t cook much, but when I do, it will be w/ The Duo. This product will change the game. Can’t wait to see what’s next, I’ll be first in line. Durable, sturdy, and will part of the anchor in our kitchen for a long, long time. Thanks!

Our pans are designed to last for generations, so don’t be shy.

  • Surfaces: For low-stick cooking success, we recommend bringing your pans to temp over low heat and adding a little extra fat.
  • Tools: Both of our materials can handle whatever tools and utensils you love best. Scuffs won’t affect performance.
  • Temps: Stainless can withstand temps to 500℉ and carbon can handle the heat to 700℉.
  • Clean Up: Both our stainless and carbon are dishwasher safe, but carbon benefits from a gentle hand washing to build a seasoning.
  • Maintenance: Use Barkeeper’s Friend on stainless to maintain like-new shine. Over time stainless may discolor, which won’t harm the material, but Barkeeper’s Friend will fix it. Carbon gets better the more you use it, especially if you season your Skillet from time to time.
  • Storage: Dry your pans well before storing. The Duo nests in a streamlined stack to cut clutter, with the Pot on bottom, lid in the middle, and Skillet inverted on top.
